Mixed Media Mosaic Sculpture 21.5" x 21.5" A single crystalline dome sits at the center of three concentric circles, each containing nine domes. This structure reflects the sacred geometries of three and nine, symbols of harmony, completion, and the creative pulse of the universe. The work is crafted with genuine Swarovski® crystal, Czech glass, turquoise, and copper. These materials create a dialogue between water, sky, and earth while refracting light in shifting patterns. When viewed closely, the domes appear to align and turn like a multidimensional gyroscope. This gentle sense of motion creates a portal effect that invites the viewer into a space between matter and vibration. One person who experienced the piece described a feeling of “home calling” and connected that sensation to Andromeda. The sculpture carries the memory of Atlantis while opening toward the expansive and spacious energy often associated with Andromedan consciousness.

About this Piece

Her story - my summer of transformation.

In The Portals of Atlantis, light becomes language and geometry becomes remembrance. At the center, a single crystalline dome sends its presence outward through three concentric circles, each formed of nine domes. These circles represent the sacred geometries of three and nine, numbers that embody harmony, completion, and the creative pulse woven through all living systems.

Each dome glimmers with vintage Swarovski crystal, holding light as if it were memory. These luminous surfaces recall the wisdom once held in the shining temples of Atlantis. Around the perimeter, Czech glass, turquoise, and copper create a dialogue between water, sky, and earth. Turquoise opens the voice of creation, deep blue glass stirs the waters of memory, and copper grounds celestial energy into form.

As the viewer lingers, the sculpture gives the sensation of gentle motion. Its circles settle into alignment like a multidimensional gyroscope suspended in a field of stillness. The domes appear to turn upon quiet inner axes. Light travels through the structure in shifting pathways and produces a feeling of movement where none physically exists. In that meeting of motion and stillness, a portal begins to open. It becomes a threshold between matter and vibration, perception and mystery.

When one viewer encountered the piece in person, she felt an unexpected surge of love that brought her to tears. She described the feeling as “home calling,” and named that home as Andromeda. In metaphysical traditions, Andromeda carries the qualities of clarity, expansion, and cosmic perspective. It is associated with consciousness that invites curiosity and spaciousness and a sense of forward movement. When sitting with the sculpture, these same qualities can be felt within its structure.

The Portals of Atlantis may be rooted in an ancient Earth memory, yet it also seems to whisper across vast distances. Perhaps it is a bridge between worlds or a meeting place for both Atlantean and Andromedan energies. It stands as both map and meditation, a living geometry that reminds us that art, like light itself, is a passage leading us back to the luminous center of our own being.
