Create a ready-to-hang 12-inch glass-and-mirror mosaic mandala from your own hand-drawn sacred-geometry design. In this five-day, small-group workshop, you’ll explore the Seed of Life, 12-Petal Daisy, and Flower of Life while learning glass cutting, color theory, mosaic construction, and Shelley’s signature approach to grout as the energy lines of the piece. No experience needed; limited to five students.
Spend five days in Shelley’s working studio, gallery, and sanctuary exploring sacred geometry through the Seed of Life, 12-Petal Daisy, and Flower of Life. Day one is devoted to hand-drawing your personal design with compass, ruler, colored pencils, and simple, intentional steps. Days two through five focus on turning that design into a glass-and-mirror mosaic mandala through demonstrations, design critiques, mini-lectures, and room for creative pivots as your piece develops. Students will have 28 hours of instructional time with breaks.
You’ll work with specialized glass-cutting and shaping tools, select from high-end art glass and mirror, and learn Shelley’s approach to color theory. You’ll also learn to treat grout as part of the artwork: the spaces between the glass become the energy lines of the finished mandala. Leave with a grouted, ready-to-hang 12-inch mosaic created from your own design, plus drawing and construction skills you can carry into any art form. No previous drawing, geometry, or mosaic experience is necessary; newcomers are welcome, and experienced mosaic artists will gain fresh techniques for their own practice. Class is limited to five students for individual attention and an immersive studio experience.

October 15, 2026 · 10:00 am–4:00 pm: Begin mandala construction with hands-on glass-cutting instruction.
October 16, 2026 · 10:00 am–4:00 pm: Continue mandala construction.
October 17, 2026 · 10:00 am–4:00 pm: Continue mandala construction.
October 18, 2026 · 10:00 am–4:00 pm: Grout and finish your completed mandala.
All supplies, glass, and tools are included.
Students will have access to many shades beautiful art glass and mirror for their project.
Receive a 50% refund when you cancel 14 or more days before the class date.
If you cancel within 14 days, a refund is available only if your place can be filled. The refund will be issued minus a $50 fee.
There are no refunds within seven days of the class.
If Shelley cancels the class, you may receive a full refund or a voucher for a different class.
